Baffle removal.

Is it possible to remove the baffle from my Remus Revolution exhaust by drilling the rivet out. ?
My thoughts then are to replace the rivet with a nut and bolt, if possible.

Just drill it out. Then remove the baffle. I need to do mine as the basket is rattling! It's jus a tube if I remember correctly.

Yep. Did mine. Was a bugger to pull out. Went for a blast blew loads of crap out. Sounds great
