Baglux on an 1100gs wont fit ?

Anyone on here got a Bagster tankbag on a 1100 ?
I bought one here on the FS&W section but it won't
fit the plastic tank (or at least it doesn't seem to).

Thought all bagster bags were universal and fitted all the tank covers?

The plastic tank is bigger so possibly thats why it wont fit

Apologies gents, what I meant was the tank cover. Sorry.

The tankcover wont line up with the fillercap properly. I was wondering if
I'd tried to strap it on the wrong way or maybe it's only suitable for the
metal tank cause it's smaller.

If its new they need to be heated, airing cupboard will do then fitted. Mine on my 1150gs doesnae line up exactly on the fuel filler cap but does not effect it opening to put in petrol. The plastic windows on the side dont line up properly for the B*W badges, but to be honest i'd rather not have the windows.

Thanks Deckster, I'll try heating it up a bit.
I do think I'm wasting my time, I'd say the
plastic and metal tanks are slightly different
in shape.
