I have a baglux tank protector for me gsa, i would really appreciate any advice / help how to fit the bugger and where to strap the straps, its a bleeding mystery to me.

You`ll notice that I`ve moved this from the Newbies forum where you posted it.....

1. You dont need to take the tank off, only the OS panel under the tank, and the seat.

2. Get it warm and pliable - airing cupboard is good for that.

3. Clean your tank and polish first.

4. Back loop goes under stickey out bits at bottom rear of tank - line up the filler hole. Rear side clips atach to seam at bottom of tank. Forward ones to sub frame under tank - mind our for the piping under there, use frame only. Middle front one goes under headstock - just thread it through, but don't trap any wires. Side tops go down, round subframe, and back up to themselves.

5. What ever you do, cut off & burn/securely tuck away any extra on the staps, or they will flap about and take the paint off anything (including the forks) in no time at all!!

6. After a bit, tighten everything up a bit, the cover gives a bit as it settles down.
