Bagster Tank Cover

Hi all. I am trying to fit a tank cover to a new GS LC. There are 2 j shaped hooks that looking at it need to be placed behind the removable plastic covers, but the covers do not want to go back in place when you do this. Has anyone else experienced the same issue or did it different? Help please

Might be a daft question but you have bought the new style cover????

I suggest you email or ring bagster UK they will forward you the fitting instructions with pics, as they did for me but unfortunately i no longer have them or the cover as it was a sh1t fit so sent it back.

Model number is 1642 and the instructions sent were generic. I have not fitted mine yet as I am waiting for the bike to arrive.

Thanks for the replies. It is the new style cover and it is now fitted, but still not happy with the fit. The front hooks have to go inside the fairing, but there is a rubber bung each side which fits in it's own hole, but with it fitted they stick out and do not go back in properly. Maybe it will settle you never know. I will contact them for pics just to make sure.
