I'll try to be brief, booked 37k service even though it took 7-8minutes to book *quite annoyed the details passed from myself took so long*. Jody-BS "hold on the computer is still waiting". On top of 37k service I asked that the front forks not to get oil change because I have upgraded the springs. I requested 3 sets of brake pads & tyre's to be changed. How can that take,..

Phoned up 2 hours later as I'd just got a puncture heading over to west-wales coast. I couldn't risk riding my bike long distance even though the tyre pressure was going slowly down, so straight away cancelled booking from side of road again conversation with Jody. He must have lots of people called Mr Lyons for 37k services

He has just ran me (took me 10mins to make this post), starting with "your bike is due a service today"..I do hope he hasn't blamed me for not cancelling, because I called & cancelled with minutes of been flagged down by car driver at the road-side.
