Yet again Bahnstormer have provided top service following a warranty claim on the GSA, basically the start/kill switch broke.
I sent this e-mail:
Just a short note to highlight the excellent service I have received from your staff.
My GSA was recovered to Maidenhead for a warranty repair in a rather dirty state following a trip to the NEC.
Due to work commitments I was unable to collect the bike and the offer of delivery by your van was made.
When I arrived home today I found the bike had not only been delivered as promised, but had been thoroughly washed as well.
Rather than just leaving the bike on the drive, it had been parked and locked around the back of the house, out of sight.
