BAKERY OFF ROAD EVENT

Steve,

Happy to do a "guide" role for a novice group. Probably best to have two people do this for stragglers.

I will guide again if you like, I am sure 'Force4fun' will do likewise. Happy to take a progressive group.

No good as a guide as I don't know the area, but happy to tail end a group:thumb2

Bakerman - I'm from the Wiltshire TRF. Still need more guides? We might well be able to help. PM me with info please.

Guides/run leaders

Bakerman - Have emailed Wilts TRF Chairman and asked for your request for run leaders to be shared with members at our next meeting on 5th November.

yes please thank you, more guides the merrier, could do with 15 guides, I know it sounds a lot, but the more guides the smaller the groups.

Guides/run leaders/Offroad captins.

SPTA Greenlaning Guide

To get the best out of Bakerman's ride, participants might like to familiarise themselves with the Salisbury Plain Training Area Greenlaning Good Practice Guide which is published by the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.

This guide is a must read for any trail rider proposing to ride within the MOD Salisbury Plain Training Area. It can be found on the public home page of the TRF website http://www.trf.org.uk/home.html

Thank you very much, Keith

Please have a read, the Land Wardens do a great job, keeping the idiots out, as we are all adults I beg you to help keep this ride on year after year, by acting like adults, if you can`t read please have somebody a parent or Guardian read it to you, as I have.

We are ready for you to have a great day out.

Thank you again Keith

Is it ok to turn up on the Saturday as I won't know till the last minute if I can make it or do you need numbers in advance? Also will there be a newbie group ad my off road experience is limited and mainly involves falling off :D

The idea is you turn up on the Saturday, sleep in the marquee or local hostelry and you have a fresh start in the morning, no charge for sleepover, but there is a COMPULSARY RAFFLE that costs £10 so its £30 for guide and two lots of food and a raffle prize or two.

Steve,
Looks like I am bringin around 10 from Loddon TRF and a further 3-4 from RallyMoto. (Assuming they all turn up). Do you have a list of run-leaders sorted yet? I was going to take the rally boys out on a longer, more technical run if thats ok - obviously anyone else welcome too.

CAN`T PM YOU,

SO Hope to have 8- 9- 10 groups, don`t know guides OR NUMBERS until the day .

But should have at least 6 or 7 guides.

I am working on getting folks down the road quietly and parking them up, please tell any vans and trailers to THE BELL, also there's a sleepover there Saturday night in the pub marquee.

PLEASE call me if you wish,
