I live in Nantwich, have a set of Twinmax clocks and ride an 1150GSA.
Never balanced my TB’s as had the bike serviced but like you, need to learn.

We can meet and discuss it over a bottle of IPA. There is plenty of info online to support us.

A good start would be by throwing away the twinmax and getting hold a harmoniser if possible, failing that then a Morgan carbtune, anything but a twin max.

Over a million customers can’t be wrong Steptoe.
Then again, I also have a set of vacuum gauges from the airhead days.

I have a carbtune and a twinmax. They seem to both work as well as each other. If i get it right with one then check with the other, they seem to both tell me the same thing. Lately I have just been using the twinmax since one of the rods in the carbtune started sticking.

I did try and get a harmonizer but they are like hens teeth.

Let’s try the twinmax
Ha Steve and I will have a go, if not I come to see you Steptoe.
Th@nks anyway for all the supportive messages:rob
