Hunstanton fish and chip run - Wednesday 25th May 2011 at 6:00pm

We're heading to Sunny Hunny for our fish & chip supper on Wednesday 25th May.

Always a popular ride this one as we all love Sunny Hunny & we all love fish & chips! - simples!

If you want to ride in with us, we will be leaving the showroom (Phorpres Close, Cygnet Park, Hampton, Peterborough, PE7 8FZ) at 6pm. You may want to meet us enroute but either way, drop me an email to let us know how many of you are coming.

If you want to meet us there that's fine, we'll aim to get there for 7:15 - 7:30pm.

Park on the seafront near the green & head for Fishers fish & chip shop on Greevegate.

STOP PRESS - Check out the weather forecast, 24°C this Wednesday at Hunstanton! What's your excuse for not coming?

Leaving Cambridge around 4.30-4.45 fill up then blag a coffee off TJ. Apparently it is a easy route - A47 to A149 can't get lost :P

I'll be coming back A149 - A10 - Cambridge. Don't follow a Blue/White 1150 if you need to get back to P'boro :D

I nearly went wrong there. I caught up with you after filling up, and blindly followed you off a roundabout before the SatNav started screeming.

Perhaps we should check Hunstantons opening hours before the next run!

If you ever head this way for a rideout, then just send me a pm.

Cheers Gregg:beerjug:

Ah, it was you :D

Noticed a bike come up behind me - not sure who/what it was cos visor was getting covered in dead bugs :eek Next time I looked in my mirrors bike had gone - could not recall a turn off or anything like that so turned around for about 5 miles to check plus use the opportunity to clean visor. Pointless really as visor became covered completely after 10 miles :blast lots of bugs in Narfark

Indeed, Hunstanton was a bit of a :tumbleweed Didn't realise at the time but that guy in the grey 4x4 truck was the chip shop owner and seemed to be touting for business - can you pimp for chips

Always up for a ride - not been round there so will try and get some time free.

I had the same problems with bugs etc. As you know, I filled up at Hunstanton, and cleaned my visor there. By the time I got past Bedford it was getting a bit silly, but really couldn't be bothered to stop and clean again. It's still sitting there dirty (and the bike!), but no doubt I'll be out again this weekend.
