Not dealt with these guys before, But I was mega impressed by there Dealership. Very impressive for a Solus site.

Phoned up and drove away on a second hand bike in under an hour, Good Service from TJ, Sales Manager.

Worth a visit if your near them.:aidan

Good service from TJ! Something must have happened. Are we talking the same bloke..... Long silver hair and moobs.... or have you got mixed up with Gary?.... :D

For some reason I just know I will pay for this post! :D

His desk is upstairs at the new place, so, if you're careful, you can sneak in for a service without him flogging you a new bike - just get Michelle to go upstairs to get you a coffee - or sneak past past him while he's selling tat on fleabay :D

Good dealership though - service is second to none :thumb2

In ways you can't imagine Mike!

TJ:)

I concur, they are a good bunch of guys and girls at Balderston

Went in for a service today. Fortunately for me TJ was off for some customer care training... (About time some might say ;)). Fantastic service from the gang and I didn't have to pay for any of the oils. Result! For anyone about to get a service Gary is doing some cracking winter deals. :thumb2

yup - got their newsletter through and there are some great winter deals.

I'm half tempted to take them up on the ACF-50 treatment because they would have to clean my bike before applying it and that alone is worth more than they're charging :D

TJ on customer care training? oh to have been a fly on the wall!

Cheeky feckers implied that my bike never gets washed! They only did it 4 months ago! :D I know what you mean about the ACF treatment. Think I will get that done before the end of the month.

Dave said that TJ was away on training..... I think he's going for the op! :eek

He was so looking forward to presenting me with the bill after my earlier post. :comfort

You sure he's not just had the day off to get an estimate for a haircut & his tan resprayed ? :D:D

Think I'll go for the ACF50 treatment, but the GSA isn't dirty enough at the moment

Thats ok you can take mine instead.:D

(too embarressed to take mine in, dropped it at the gate, the last time I visited - tho too quick for pics:augie)

Had the pleasure of dealing with these guys today for a service for the first time. Pleasant folks to deal with, beautiful dealership, beautiful vintage bikes:drool good biscuits and they even washed the bike (a luxury these days given the hose pipe ban). Most surprising, they thanked me for coming in to business with them (something that doesn't happen to often these days).:beerjug:
