Just a quicky.. oo err! :D

Popped into Balderstone's this morning to have a butchers at the R1200GSA they have as a demo bike.. spent the best part of an hour talking to TJ about it! Very helpful and even knew the answers to my more obscure questions (about the bike anyway!!). Didn't try to "sell" me the bike either which is a pleasant change!

Cheers, TJ! :beerjug:

Pete.

He doesn't try to sell me one either but that's because he knows I'm poor ;)

Perhaps I looked like a down and out when I visited hence him not trying then! No point wasting effort eh? lol :D

It's just TJ using reverse psychology...

It's always a nice atmosphere over at Balderston and if you ever go to any of the talks you should look out for Jenny's egg sarnies.

Now I normally side step egg sarnies as you never know how fresh the eggs are but Jenny keeps her own hens and the eggs are like none you can buy. Yum!

Oh, yes, and they sell bikes and clothing too :D

I've had two bikes from them. TJ did the best deals I could find and always makes time when you want a chat about the bikes...Good guy to deal with.

Hopefully the workshop has improved, it was the only weak spot in an otherwise excellent dealership. I had a rocker box that hadn't been tightened after my free service and mikeO had a front wheel that came loose because the bolts hadn't been done up after service work

I've got to say I've always been more than pleased with work done in the workshop. Sounds like you and Mike went on a Friday afternoon :)
