Spent a strenuous but enjoyable day mountain biking in Ballyhoora yesterday. Lots of specific M B trails - legs a bit stiff today but it is my butt that feels it most. Put lots of miles on road bikes over the years on hard saddles but it is not possible to ride a M B standing on the pedals to give a little butt relief. My arse felt like it had been to the dentist!
Signposted 2Km S of Ardpatrick - €5 for car park & €2 for a shower to remove the mud (snow yesterday) off yourself afterwards.
No real potential for big (or little) tralies thereabouts as far as I could see between beads of sweat.
