I have just fitted these Wunderlich up and back bar risers to my 2021 GSA 1250 Rallye.
Two of the supplied bolts were too long and required 3 mm cutting off the thread. The bolts are the rearmost ones that secure the risers to the yoke. They bottomed in the threaded hole before they nipped up the riser.
This really surprises me as the quality of Wunderlich stuff is first class

Thats how I have fitted them. The bolts that were too long were not the bolts that secure the bars, they were the rearmost bolts that secure the riser to the bike. These two bolts have special short heads so that when fitted the head dosnt stick proud and foul the handlebar when in enters the riser. before I removed 3 mm they bottomed out before the nipped up the riser to the bike

Flathead should be in here and 35mm is perfect I have and no problems.

I fitted the same risers a couple of weeks ago without any of the problems you had. The only thing I have experienced is the left hand cables pull a bit tighter than I'd like on full lock. Has anyone else had this issue?

I agree. The bolts went in as you show, and were 35mm long with short heads. So your tapped holes must be slightly deeper than mine. I initially took 2mm off and they still bottomed out, another 1mm off with a file and it was fine.

Yep, I felt both the brake and clutch hydraulic pipes were too stretched too tight on full lock, although the clutch was worst...cables were not tight.

My clutch hose is also tight. I may tilt the bars forward slightly which should help. I presume I can then lift the levers to get position as it was ?
One odd thing I have noticed is the the small pipe attached to clutch hose that comes out of the clutch lever can be waggled. Its not leaking which makes me think the seal is an O ring rather than a compression fitting. Have others got waggle ?

Bolts normally have a flatter head so they recess and don’t foul.

I hate to say this but if you take them out you’ll find two with a lower profile head

Possible they change deep on 1250 my bike is 1200

I had both these issues, easy to solve, I used 2 of the original bolts and it worked fine, also just dropped the forks and moved cables through so they are not tight

Of the 4 bolts that they supply to mount the risers to the original ones, 2 of them have bolt heads that aren't as deep, those are for the 2 holes that the bars eventually sit on top of. I thought the same until I lined them all up and realised the head was deeper on 2 of them.

EDIT - Reading the thread again I might have misunderstood the original issue, sorry.
