Sold Bargain GS Project

I purchased this R850GS early last year to go into my imaginary museum. i collected it from Winchester and rode it back. Absolutely faultless and handled a dream and its stood in my workshop since. i have stated every few weeks, but today it has decided that the fuel pump has stopped working. feed to pump OK

Even thought i have a garage i really dont have the time.

Mileage is 41,796 and its got loads of history

when i purchased it came with the original topbox and no panniers, so i purchased panniers to reflect age etc these have a different key

Non ABS model

New clutch fitted less than 200 miles ago complete with another rear drive from a 1150 making it more gear freindly

In many ways the 850GS is an upgrade to the R100

Slightly heavier yes but a lot of character and the engine believe it or not actually smoother than the 1100 / 1150 and they pull very nicely with a Remus system

Oh and decent suspension Brakes and Handling
