I use my 1150 ADV in all weathers and sometimes for a good long blast but it is kept in a shed and thoroughly washed and waxed etc.

I have just pointed out to my dealer, Pidcocks that the bottom and front underside enamel or finish has started to come off the Barrel casting. The guy there said it could be replaced as I am just still in warranty but he pointed out that if replaced the new Barrel would need running in and it would be a shame to disturb a currently good sound engine. He suggested a touch up with some suitable paint.

I dunno on this one. What do you guys reckon?

Cheers......BB

Me, I'd leave it as it was, as long as the milage wasn't too high, they're battle scars, gives it class :thumb
