Barrels and pistons

Does anybody here know if barrels & pistons off an 1150 will fit to 1100 cases?

I think the fixings will be the same, just concerned about the fueling etc..

Anyone done it on here?

Hi, i have done a similar mod to my r1100gs.

i have swoop out the cylinder and the head twin spark of a 02 r1150gs adv.

there isn't much problem doing the swoop and it's just that the header will no longer fit.

but after doing the swoop, i was thinking that maybe i have gain some HP and also kill off the surging. but it didn't seem to have work out like what i have planned. but overall i am quite happy with the swoop.
