I have, to date with two Motorrad dealers, North Oxford who are massive car dealership with a bike one strapped on the end and CW who are a much smaller franchise.

I don't recognise any of the negative aspects in the rest of this thread. I only stopped using NOG as the CW experience was so good on my first visit.

I also own a Ducati and ride past my nearest main dealer to another who provides what I expect in terms of sales and service.

I say vote with your feet, if you have received poor service, inform BMW and go elsewhere. Post your experiences good or bad on here the trip advisor of Motorrad.

Barrie Robson has been my local dealer since 2000. During that time I have bought 6 BMW bikes- non of them has been from Mr Robson. Despite always giving them an opportunity, they are my local dealer after all, they have never been able to compete on either price or service available elsewhere (Jefferies). Says it all really.
