Basemap for 2820 ~

Apologies if this is blindingly obvious, but how do I download a world basemap for my 2820..?

It may already have one, but another option is to add the Garmin WorldMap as one: https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=662

But the World Map, AFAIK, won't autoroute whereas the basemap will. Though it's almost usless due to it's basic depiction of roads / towns etc.

I'd want a routeable map, even of just the major roads etc.

The only map on the 2820 is City Navigator Europe NT + v8.

I'm looking for mapping beyond the boundaries of this mapping...
