Battery Accessory Box for multiple inputs

Hi Guys, I currently have too many different cables for my electronic accessories such as heated jacket, solar panel, sat nav, alarm etc connecting directly to the battery. It's a pain if I need to take anything off or change something.

I think the best idea is to change the setup to add a relay and fuse that go to the battery and that directly connects to a box or something that will allow me to connect each electronic device much easier without having to access the battery.

Does anyone have any suggestion or advice what to use or links to where I can buy something?

I have a 2002 1150 GSA, thanks.
 
multiple outlets might be more useful :P

as in the device already recommended

As you say there are various PDMs available, from simple mechanical fuse boxes to the electronic circuit breakers like the thunderbox/innovv units to the Amplink unit on which the outlets can be controlled from your phone. On my 1150 I fitted a fusebox as in the photo.

I forgot to say on the back of the mounting plate there is a relay which only puts the feed to the fuse with the bike turned on, something I would highly recommend to prevent any chance of flattening the battery.

On my 1200 TC i have a pair of the Hex eZcan modules as they provide various bells and whistles but as far as I am aware they are not available for the 1150.
What is available if you want to do trick things with your aux lights is the Denali dial dim (or something like that) which amongst other things allows the horn button to strobe your aux lights when pressed, it can also vary the intensity of the aux lights and if the indicator is turned on it will also turn off the aux lights on the side you are indicating (similar to many modern cars)

Yes, you absolutely need a relay to avoid potential flat battery and also helping start the bike if the battery is lower.

I didn't know about the denali light dim thing. I was disappointed when I got my D4's that setting the brightness when dipped was only available to cambus bikes (like the 1200GS). Might look at this in the future but first, get this battery issue solved :)

Much appreciate the comments here. From not knowing what to use I have 3 great options to choose from that are easy to install as a complete solution.

INNOV, ThunderBox and this FuzeBlock. The FuzeBlock is the more robust and the most expensive but I do like the feature to be able to turn each item on or off automatically via the ignition or on all the time. Also, thanks to @Brian O the Fuze is sold at NippyNorman
 
I bought one of these from nippy normans - is a fusebox withe multiple connections and a built in relay and it is reasonably priced:

I then added multiple bmw power sockets and connected wires with terminators in case i ever want to plug anything extra in.
 
I bit the bullet and bought the Fuzeblock FZ-1.

A question for those who use this box or similar. Where have you connected the trigger (ignition) wire to?

Half the price of anything else I've seen and does the same thing. I've run one on my VFR for a year with no issues.

With a little modification to the plastic framework I have it mounted behind the RID where it's pretty well protected from the weather. Triggered off the front sidelight feed. It manages the DIN socket on the beak, TomTom and a dual USB socket under the instruments

I used a piggyback setup as below and used the horn fuse in the fuse box to tap into. Just to save me cutting into the bike loom wiring.

I like that idea compared to cutting into the wiring loom. Where did you get those?

I just bought off Amazon. It's the standard size you require.
