Hi All.
I use an Oxford Maximiser 3800 for the BMW M3, Suzuki Hayabusa and the inevitable Hexhead. On the first two vehicles the 'recover' light comes on first and I see some amps flowing, then the light moves swiftly to 'maintain' via 'charging' and the amps read out drops to zero. Exactly what would make sense to an 'electricity=water' dunce such as myself. The hexhead has a Motobatt MBYZ16H fully sealed battery, when I connect the Maximiser the volts read out jumps to 17.5 ish and the amps read out remains at zero. It stays in 'recover' mode for a while then just goes to 'standby'. I've had a cursory look at all the leads and without pulling everything out for a full inspection it all looks in good order, no worn wires or disconnects. Is this what you would expect to see?
Thanks.
