Is there a breakdown anywhere of how many watts things such as heated grips low and high, cooling fan, high beam, DRL, low beam etc draw?

In a nutshell lots, over 10 headlamps, I wouldn't worry too much, heated clothing takes the most watts, if you choose clothing then look on the spec it'll give you the consumption.
You may need to plug stuff in to a non canbus controlled outlet, wired with in line fuse direct to battery or via a separate fuse box.
