After the European trip I'm ready to put the 1100GS in the garage for the winter and use my old GSX600F for commuting (told you not to shoot me 
).So, I thought I'd hook up a trickle charger.
Its years since I had an 1150, but if memory serves, there's a bit of magic one has to perform to reset the throttle sensor if the battery is disconnected??
I've now spent an hour searching this forum but can't find what I'm looking for ( so again, please dont shoot) so is there a routine to follow after battery disconnection? (twst throttle open 3 times, spin your eyes back in their sockets, spit over your left shoulder )
