2016 GS LC would not start this morning. Relay clicked but no starter motor, I suspected battery (even though the bike is used almost every day) however called BMW assist anyway.
Long story short is he started the bike with another battery and then checked:
alternator
original battery
fault codes etc
And they all looked fine inc of the battery which showed at 100% full and 14.1volts (just as I expected!)
This would leave me to believe that the battery is marginal to say the least...has anyone had the same problem and changed the battery as a result. Did this fix the problem and was the battery OEM or a better/bigger option?
