Ordered the new 2025 X-ADV from Dobles, got a great deal with genuine rear rack, Honda heated grips thrown in as part of the deal
then added on the configurator, Centre Consul bag, £112.00 and hand guard extensions £26.00
I paid the balance last Friday and noticed on the Invoice the Consul bag was £142.00 !!
I phoned the dealer and said that it was advertised at £112 on the configurator and thats the advertised price so thats what I am paying !!

They said that they have had a lot of accessories priced at one price on the Honda web site but when they order the bike with it the price has changed !!

I did say that if thats the case they could refund me the full £11,527.50 and Ill buy something else, The saga continues as I await the outcome, wish I had bought the used one now that was on ebay for £60, Never Mind ill report back what is said, I doubt Paul at Dobles will let me down, he never has in the past

I don’t blame you, and I’m sorry for the dealer, because they’ll probably end up funding you the thirty quid.

The importers need to get this sort of stuff right.

These pages are full of dealerships closing. Thirty quid is unlikely to be the straw on the camels’s back, but who knows?

The ones on my Transalp are quite good to be honest, not BMW or Oxford hot but not too far off, hope these are the same !!

Honda heated grips on my NC750 are good. I will say, generally, heated grips really need handlebar muffs or very large handguards to be effective.

@Adventure Boy, I've bought four bikes from Dobles and will say they are a great dealer.
Only had one small issue with a top box and they sorted it.
I'm sure they'll look after you.

No Doubt it will get sorted, ive known Paul for around 23 years and have bought about 25 bikes from him, he does a great deal and nothing is too much trouble, my go to dealer, so was defiantly not having a pop at them it was Honda them selves I think are at fault
