To save me sending off for catalogues and trawling through them, who supplies beak protectors? I am after one for my original 1999 1150GS. Thanks. Leo.

way too expensive. I paid just under £30 from Vines
Richie

Attached is my invoice from Pidcocks with all the part numbers, add the prices up then add VAT and you get £30.87

It takes 5 minutes to fit :)

6 washers @ 2p each, but it's not going to break the bank whatever :D

Hey Mr Whatton - be careful with your address there. Passing thieves may now know where you live and that you own a smart bike (as opposed to a Smart car).

Leo - just pop round when he's out and grab one for free :D

Curiosly, I ordered a beak extender and fittings from Pidcocks on Saturday and they charged me £33. When d'ya buy yours - a 10% hike is quite a bit

Ah, that'll be because of a sudden rise in demand? Am I being daft or shouldn't all main dealers charge the same price for the same part ?
