Tis now apart on 87 R100.

What grease do you recommend for the weight pins? Preferably a brand so I can order some.

Further question: the lid of the beancan has a foam like insert. This is rather ratty and tbh looks like it will break up.

Is there any reason why this needs to be in there? Otherwise I will dig it out. The gasket looks ok.
