Haven't been to this show for years as it's basically, well, crap. However, I didn't go to the NEC last year so if work doesn't get in the way, I might just give it a go to see if anything has improved over the years.

Went yesterday and thought it wasn't too bad. Nothing like the NEC of course but you can't expect it to be.

Apparently, they were there last year and only attend every other year, hence the no show. Poor, considering their Yamaha folk were there.

I found it worthwhile as I had a free ticket.

OK, it's no NEC, but for a local show, it wasn't bad. I can't remember the last time I went to the Kings Hall, but as I missed the NEC last November, I thought it might be worth the time to at least see the new Tiger Explorer 'in the metal' (and very nice it is too).

The triumph isn't a finished model I was told. There'll be a few small changes before it hits the showroom, still a nice bike.

Anyone notice the Joey Dunlop replica Arai? £650 for a used, very poorly painted lid with stickers on it.
