Bought one of these from PC world, despite lots of boxes returned, they were on offer in the Carlisle store because of this, I guessed it would be difficult to get working, wife suggested I get PC world out to install, but I werent paying £75 for the privelidge, it kind of was difficult to install, went through the installation, but would not connect, took 30 mins before I noticed it had set up for a static ip address and not a dynamic one, click in the right box and up the system popped
