Bell Bullitt - any good?

I saw a chap today (on a train) carrying a crash helmet that reminded me of a 1970s /1980s Premier. It was black, with a chrome trim around the neck and face openings.

Following a Google search, I think it must have been a modern Bell Bullitt.

In terms of looks that would be just peachy for my 1977 Z650..... But are they any good?

Any experience of these lids?

I saw them at the NEC and thought they looked well cool. If I had one of those Confederates then I would have the lid for sure. On a GS well then maybe less so.

I really like how the Bell Bullitt looks.

So I went to try one on.

I wear a BMW System 6 in a size 60-61

The Bell XL (60-61) was too large for me while the L was too small. So no go.

The white one with the red ball on the side is gorgeous.
