I'd say there's a spell on your bike after parking it there, have you not seen Darby O'Gill and the Little People!!:aidan

:nenau Realistic looking all the same, why cant they preserve our existing heritage instead of trying to replicate it

Lads, what format should my GPS be set to locate the following site in Co Kerry

If your using Garmin Mapsource go into Edit; then select Prefrences. Now click on Position; then select Irish national grid
Put an "I" before the "V" & your sorted.
That said my Garmin 2610 won't handle Irish national grid but it is easy to convert to lat & long.

Talking about my 660 Zumo here Gerry, I rarely use Mapsource even though its installed on my PC, Irish Grid and Irish Grid TM are possibilities, there are many more but these are confusing to me as I normally use Lat/Long formats, have tried what u say using Mapsource but end up in the Atlantic and everybody knows even Triumph 800's cant do the impossible !!!
Any more ideas ?

Change the format in mapsource to Irish Grid
Change the location in your Gps to Irish Grid
Change the grid ref you have from ( V 958 688 )
To IV 95800 68800

It will get you within a stone throw of the Stone circle

Thanks Gerry and Jimmy, ill have a look at that tomorrow, looked very interesting on ur pc earlier Jimmy
