RJS at Mallory Park are one of the best there is.
Their dyno is also the one used by most of the race teams who aren't on either coast as its proven to be repeatable.
GS's are not their usual bag however you'd be surprised.
Optimum AFR is 14:1 so most ECU's will try for that however they will be a long way off it when its tracked on a dyno.
Using a PC to piggyback is one of the most effective ways to drop a custom map on there that is easily changed, removed, etc.
Used on thousands of bikes including race bikes all over the world - everything can be trimmed right down to each cylinder/rpm and ignition if needed.
Not going to get into any argument about anywhere else and their method - if you are looking to sort fuelling/tune then my money would go on a PC V not something generic that is used to fool sensors or dropped into the ECU
Maybe worth mentioning.
My 1250 GS with Akrapovic exhaust (no akra downpipe) runs very klunky and irregular, sometimes stalls, from cold start for about 1 minute. After that it runs great. Dealer told me some sensors have to be rekalibrated.
I don't know if this is because of the akra exhaust with the engine set up for a normal pipe.

if you can get someone with GS911 they should be able to reset the adaption.
i run a straight throw can on mine, stock cat and it runs great - but i fitted the can with only 200-300 miles on it.
