I've be aware since I got my bike that something with the bars or the front forks was out of skew. I haven't dropped it (yet) so I pointed it out at my first servicing and the engineers (at Southport) agreed that something was out of kilter. They think the bars are twisted and are going to replace them under warrantee. I'm not totaly convinced as when riding in a straight line it appears (and it is very difficult to judge) that the headstock unit (if that is the right term for the bit connecting the top of the forks) is angled slightly to the right. Has anyone else had anything similar?

(BTW spent 2 days on an ST and was damn glad to get back on my GS! Plus anybody who thinks that the airflow around the GS screen is noisy should try the ST screen.)

I just spent 2 hours today on the ST. How the hell did you spend two days on the thing.
You have to ride other bikes just to see how great the 1200gs is.
I now want to try the 1200rt.

Hi windblast. I live round the corner in Telford. My 1200GS seems ok and no problems up to date 07802355797l
