Bent pillion footpeg hanger

Jon had his F800 repossessed due to bmw finance not wanting to transfer it to his Austrian misses details. Then carry on paying for it, all due to job loss.

He is still an adventure at heart! He has left these forums for a break & I hope he comes back before 2012. :beerjug:

Thanks Gunz :beerjug: I am indeed now back in the Adventure business :roll

Various bits are being made up across Europe as we speak. Should pick up a car next week which I'll use to trailer it across Germany and then use Austria as forward base camp from which I will push out further than before on adventurous meanderings. :thumb

I have a US-10 which I can vouch for as being a great bag. I have the tank adaptor but was not entirely happy with it as a tank bag. the US-10 has a roll to close top which is then fastened shut by two buckles on the side. It's not much good if you want to grab a camera quickly or fish something out as when it is opened on its side on top of your tank/faux tank other things can fall out.

I prefer it now as a tail pack.

@Gunz why did Stevie73 come up in conversation? :augie

check out this gallery for US-10 fitting etc

I think it was Sgt.Bilco talking Dakar & people who knew a person of a person. Think Steve73 might have a overland beast is what I gathered or misinterpreted.

Thanks for the pics! I've put the US10 on my faux tank and I thought it was too big for what I wanted, your pics kind of confirms that. I'd like to try mount my US5 on there to see if it's any better, but I guess I have to go buy the tank adapter for that. Not a biggie, it's not that expensive. Thanks again! :thumb2

I'll sell you mine if you are interested. :beerjug: I've stored it away and need to confirm I have all the straps first but a £10 +p+p should cover it. It was never used in action Tried it a few times on my daily commute and then took it off.
