Best armoured winter gloves

I got hideout leather to make the cuffs a bit longer as the virium could (IMHO) could be longer in the sleeve to fully seal against the wet stuff.

Never had an issue as the inner cuffs on my Armaxion jacket slip inside the glove and the outer cuffs of the jacket Velcro down over the top of the glove all snuggly wuggly like :D

I've ordered a pair of the Richa's and they are expected to arrive today. I will let you all know what I think soon. First test should be tomorrow.

looking for a pair of winter gloves that have a short cuff ,as the gloves with long cuff's are difficult to put under the sleeve of a jacket , any ideas would be helpful .

Klim element ( or whatever the new version is called ) short cuff and pretty warm

I like the textile Rukka Virium for when it's wet

I have these to and they are good, (could be longer on cuff) but now morning temperatures are below -1 they are a tad nippy. Thinking to look into to BMW pro Winter glove. failing that it'll be further research.

My held two in one are great but gave up the ghost on a particularly wet 8 hour ride through France and Belgium. And I would say not proper winter gloves. I have been recommended Rukka alpinestart and dainese. Keen to here other people's choices.

Ended up buying BMW 2 in 1 gloves from Bahnstormer -20% discount. Lind Motorrad (formally SBW) in Welwyn Garden City are doing end of season sale on all clothing and lids at -25% discount but they didn't have my size glove in stock, so Bahnstormer were able to do a close match at -20%. so £124 is a £105 less than the price of Rukka 2 in 1 gloves. Very nice gloves to the BMW ones.

These look more like what I had in mind. The finger armour, albeit minimal, gives me more confidence. But at £229, they're £100 more than the BMW 2 in 1 mentioned above. May have to see if I can try a pair of each. Thank you.

I have both the BMW 2in1 and Rukka R-Star- Rukka are the ones I prefer but they are both great gloves.

I'm still going to try on a pair of the BMW 2in1 to see if they're more flexible and have longer fingers.
