Best Colour

When i get mine it'll be black and grey .. it's not :ymca at all .. it just matches my leathers ...

YELLOW

Yellow has to be the best colour - Though I did see an 1100 that was black with a red seat that i really liked.

Matching leathers to the bike colour is suspect, depending on the colour of the bike - black's ok but yellow leathers  on a yellow bike?

The best colour

May I suggest we finish off this rather childish discussion. Obviously, if it is important to you, take off just the very few bits that are coloured in red, blue, yellow or (now) anthracite and have them resprayed in a colour that nobody else has. If at the same time you change the Eprom chip you WILL have a faster bike as well! Merry Christmas from Vienne where it is a bit parky (benow 0°C) but at least the roads are dry! Brian ( Can anyone reccommend a really good pair of winter gloves? Stupidly I don't have heated grips.)

No you may not, just because you`re cold doesn`t mean you have to be grumpy :bounce1
Besides, we all know silver is fastest ;)

losing the thread!

No; I certainly am not grumpy - just very grateful that it is possible to find good, mostly dry roads around here all through the winter. I tried a pair of electically heated gloves - they worked but I didn't like being wired up like a Christmas tree. I may try muffs- ugly but good I am told. Going back to colour, there are three 1200GS's in the town here - a yellow, a red and my blue - and we all prefer the one we haven't got! Something about the grass being greener... Happy Christmas to all, Brian
