Anyone know of a super easy to install paint protection film (no hairdryers and hours ironing out bubbles!) for the top part of a GSA 1250 / 1200 tank (where a tank bag sits)? The Wunderlich 3 pad kit I've seen doesn't cover the whole of the top part of the tank. Wonder why BMW or someone doesn't make something for this? Seems bonkers! A tank bag will scratch that area for sure. Anyone have a solution or know a paint shop (?) in Surrey / South London / Sussex who do this? Many thanks. LBJ.

Why not buy a Tank bag that does not touch the tank if not you can buy clear film and cut it to suit
I have a pretty new GS tank bag- but I agree, those tank lock ones are good for that very reason. This one straps on. Clear film cut to size would work. Jees, if BMW had optioned that for £20 I would have ticked the box!
