Best Motorcycle Jeans ?

I have 3 Rokker trousers, never paid full price. Two chinos and a cargo.
However the BKS Made to Measure is absolutely mental construction. Have a jacket, Roo leather and an old Police summer leather suit. Triple leather in all impact area and double leather in the seat, with the armor in place the knee is almost 1" thick but cups the knee and the shin. Replaced the old armor with D3O to save some weight, but the trouser is still 3kg, the entire suit is just over 7kg. I see he is using the Alpinestar Tech 5 airbag as a extra.
Will do a review one day.

Never watched video, but the simple answer is NO!
Leather is king for abrasion protection, otherwise some of the other man made shite would be on the track?!
Having said that, I never actually wear leather trousers cause single layer denim is so much more comfortable. I like John Doe stuff, but my favourite are the £90 Bull-it jeans I bought from SBS.

Just bought a pair of JTS single layer denim jeans for the warmer weather we've been having, CE and AAA rated and very comfortable both on and off the bike.
I also have a pair of RST lined Kevlar jeans, again AAA rated but they're a bit warm for this weather.

Hood seem well regarded, British with good customer service
I recently bought a pair of Trilobite Acid Scrambler V2 jeans from SBS, having tried on a few different brands. Really pleased with the quality & fit, plus they look pretty good as well. Shame Trilobite weren’t represented in the Milbank vid.

Lots of good quality ones, but trying to get a decent fit and comfy has been a trawl to find what works for me

Came with level 1 knee & Hip armour, upgraded to level 2
Big range through the companies for the same waist / leg sizing
Need a range of movement for the knee armour to get them in the right place when on the bike

I have a pair of the jeans & they are very comfortable. The gloves not so much but as a freebie they’re good to have.
Hood every time for me. The latest ones are still very strong denim but now stretchy too which makes them super comfortable
I have a pair of Hood combats which are my “just popping into town” bike wear, but if I’m going any distance on road I’m wearing leather trousers.
I recently had my Crowtree leathers recut by Hideout, and - although mighty heavy - they’re now what I wear most.

I'm not sure if Leather is better than Jeans with Inner Linings, But what I do know is, I have never ever heard of a Cow Skinning it's knees falling over, or off her bike......So Leather wins for me!

I have owned a pair of Draggin Kevlar lined Jeans for approximately 12 years, they are superb
I recently purchased a pair of Rokka jeans from another member of this parish, having now worn them several times I can report that they are also excellent
Additionally I have a pair of Belstaff leather pants and a pair of RevIt pants which were part of a full suit I purchased in 2016...they still fit

I’ve used Hood jeans for maybe 8 years, maybe a bit more. Don’t know how good they are and have no desire to find out.
But comfortable enough to wear in the office all day.
