Other than Motorworks, can anyone recommend somewhere cheap to get secondhand body panels, tanks, exhausts, wheels etc?

+1 for motorworks (and James Sherlock). Links at the top of the GSer forum. They've both supplied with good quality used (and new) bits. They can also usually supply bits of parts as opposed to complete things (like a bit of pannier).

ebay, if you've plenty patience and are careful
Sherlocks have been great when I've needed parts, always ship next day for a reasonable cost and have the things I've needed.
