had some help today to fit the rear,although it wasn"t as easy as a tube and tyre it wasn"t as bad as the front one.took two of us 50 minutes.ive fitted techno mousses and the front one has a ridge around the inside of it which fits in the well of the wheel,this makes fitting a complete pain.
