Best place to put the Streetpilot 2610......

I am not sure the thread title reads like i wanted it to.....

Any advice on the best place to locate it on the 1200GS would be well appreciated!

this is how i mount mine:

cheap & simple, right there with the other instruments

the RAM U bolt is rock solid if you use the little plastic adaptor that comes with it. BMW have very helpfully made the tube it mounts on oval to locate it firmly

the garmin lockable mount can be used instead of the RAM shown, but i find the screw lock thing a PITA, especially as it is close to the screen.

I've used the rather excellent Motorrad Concepts mount on my 12ADV

Quality piece of kit,puts the 2610 in your line of sight without blocking out the instruments,there's even plenty of space to use the locking key with the garmin mount

(I've the Motorrad Concepts mount - as others point out....... it is perfect for vision)
