I suppose, as the Harleys were not in the original list, that they must be mostly used "off road".

I think you'll find that HD think all of their models are seperate and so they don't register in the top ten.

On the basis that the GS and GSA are the same bike then I suspect that the 'softail' would also trouble the top 10 - 15 in the list.

Strange that some people get so jealous of the 1200s success as a great bike, and a top seller, that they just can’t stand it any longer…

Not me though. I love mine and think its success is well deserved.

I think this is the reason there aren't any Harleys in the top ten. But what I really meant by "where are they all?", is when do you see them on the road? They must all be "house cats". I easily see 10-20 times as many BMWs on the road as HDs, but according to the figures, and BMW's quote elsewhere, BMW only marginally outsells HD, and it has only overtaken HD in sales in the last year.
