Buy CR500 engage gear any gear will do open throttle fully and wait for wheelie remember to close throttle before arse reaches floor leave GS in garage and have some wheelie good fun :D

You need a hump backed bridge to wheelie

My 05 GS wheelies in 2nd off the throttle without the aid of bridges. With a decent lump in the road (using super unleaded and octane booster) it'll wheelie in 3rd.

These LCs are shitter than everybody is letting on...

Nope, not just hump backed bridges, it'll wheelie on any surface, but the electronics keep cutting in, and spoiling my fun!

I've had the front off the ground in 4th down one of the roads near here.:beerjug::D

This is shite lol

Buy a powerful bike - but not have the skill to wheelie it - then blame the bike :D

If I sit my lad on the back of the K1200S I have trouble keeping it down!

Read the OP again :rolleyes::D

er, turn them off then?

doesn't sound like rocket surgery to me :nenau

You can, of course, turn everything off. :thumb

The point was that Dynamic should allow wheelies, but won't, so it seems that Enduro Pro is the setting of choice. The only potential issue with this setting is that there is NO computer intervention, so in the wrong hands, one could end up on ones arse!:D

maybe it's another of those "joke threads" that we don't get?

No, but it is a thread aimed at owners of the bike, that have played with the settings, and can actually contribute something worthwhile.:augie:pullface:D

Seriously, no-one is going to take your bike as a trade-in having read this thread…:D

Mine does ! Not shoulder height monster stunt wheelies but sufficient !

I think you can still get the wheelie effect you desire with all the electronics turned on but it takes just the correct technique here it is

Start bike
Pull clutch in
Engage 1st gear
Raise revs until needle is bouncing off the red section using full throttle
Sit near back of seat
Let clutch go by slipping lever off fingers while holding throttle fully open

Regardless of electronics this should result in the front wheel lifting off the ground

Give it a go if this does not work come back and we can try the top box full of bricks as well.

Dont forget to video your wheelie and post it up

You stated that you were going to delete shite, non technical posts.... This in my view, is a shite non technical post....

I was thinking exactly the same.

A shite , pointless thread so should be delegated by the Moderator as per his censorship twaddle.

Ahh but it is Nutty's post so it will not be governed by the rules.
