Best tyres for Adventure, road use only...

done the right thing mate!

just fitted Trail attacks a week ago after being fairly happy with Road Attacks, and they are awsome. Just cimpleted almost 2000 miles around the Highlands, some sweeping boot grinding 100 mph bends, some gravel strewn tracks, coped with everything i could throw at it and its good to get back to the feel the TA gives, nothing wrong with the RA at all, its just the TA's suit the GS better i feel!

I have to agree that the dunlop is a good tyre, as to life - best I got out of 3 rears was 4,500miles.

That being said I think thats a reasonable life for a tyre that you have confidence in.

Tyres are like underpants, we all like something different - I mean how many of you would wear a thong?

I rang him on the number right at the bottom of his add, as I was going to collect form his place in Dunstable as I was passing. Most of his mail order comes form his other place in Kent, so I had to order, he charged £155 + £6.95 post. Dont know if it was a mistake, I just said ok!
