My top box looked as though it had greasy marks on it so I tried using degreaser on it but it still has smears, what's the best way to clean the aluminium prior to covering in a clear wrap please?
Thanks, I thought about WD40 but that’ll leave a coating that won’t be good for applying the protective film I wouldn’t have thought?WD40 and scotchbrite
+1 for Autosol.Did mine with the polisher machine and autosol. Gleamed afterwards.
The only problem with Autosol or Mothers (my preference) is once you start - you’ll need to do whole box(es)!!+1 for Autosol.![]()
That’s probably the best tbh. What about panel wipe?
Where the fuck were you 10 years ago?! lolIsopropyl alcohol, then vulcanet wipe. Be careful not to use any abrasive paste, it’ll make the dull surface shiny.
Not sure what you’re on about, did I say something out of date??Where the fuck were you 10 years ago?! lol
