Bielsa Tunnel closed

For any of you who are planning a trip through the Pyrenees and using the Bielsa Tunnel as a crossing point into Spain, found out at the weekend that it will be closed from 6th April to 21st June for repairs. Alternative crossings are via Val D'Aran (not that exciting) to the east or to the west Col du Pourtalet (great route). If it opens early, this often happens, will let you all know.

Thanks for the info about the tunnel Phil, I've used that crossing a few times and would probably be heading that way when I make my next trip in June.
