I had the Rev'It Expedition jacket which developed some problems. The thing is the quality of materials was plain to see and I like the functionality of the Jacket. It just looked like I got one where the stitching had missed on one seam. A "Friday afternoon" build if you like.

Anyway, I reported it to BikeStop who I bought it off. They arranged a Loaner jacker immediately from Rev'It while it was investigated.

After a fair bit of time there was a bit of a mix up and a couple of delays (some of which were my fault) and in general I was not happy at the end of it. I called the Rev'It UK Account Manager, Max Dobb to express my disappointment. He was very approachable and within a day had sorted the issue out to everyones satisfaction (I upgraded to the Rev'It Cayenne jacket gratis).

I just wanted to say that both BikeStop and Rev'It have been great in looking after me apart from one easily sorted misunderstanding. I'd happily buy more of their kit based on my experience.

The Cayenne Jacket is sensational also!

Just wanted to point out some of the good guys. It's always easy to raise the flag when you aren't being looked after so it's a pleasure to be able to say something good. :thumb2

Bikestop no longer stock it as they used to sell it from their Letchworth branch, and don't have the room for it in the stevenage branch, but they will get it in for you if you ask

Guys,

To add to this, given the season we're entering into too, may i recommend Gerbings Heated Clothing. Their aftersales service is excellent. They've just given (the mrs) a full replacement cos the zip broke, even though the jacket was two years old. No issues, no nowt. Got it the next day.....
