Does anyone have a bike cleaning session lined up for the Cambs, Herts, Essex area soon? Thinking of something like the All Year Biker service. I had mine done a few years back by someone who hosted a session in Baldock and would like mine do e ready for the winter.

I have looked and unfortunately nothing in my requested timescale, although they have one in Harpenden coming up.
Yes nothing stopping someone doing the job themselves and I have done in the past like many others but having seen the Professionals do it the attention to detail is far superior to my own efforts.

Your right about the attention to detail but it is also the use of a compressor to really spray a fine mist of ACF 50 into the nooks and crannies that really makes the difference, I host All Year Biker at the Adventure Bike Shop once a month, usually the 2nd Saturday the next one is 9th November see the web page http://www.adventurebikeshop.co.uk/allyearbiker Its on the edge of your preferred area but we are right on the Suffolk/Essex border, there's free tea/coffee and Wally's cafe is just a couple of hundred meters away for a good cheap breakfast while you wait (shuts at 12.30 on Saturdays)

Morning Brian,

Think it was me that hosted one, in fact did 3 over the years, just sold my beemer and now only have off road bikes

not a lot of point in doing it on my ones now.

Hope you get sorted soon.

Thanks Paul, yes now I recall it was you that hosted the event.

Can't make the 9th Nov at Adventure Bike Shop as off to France that weekend, perhaps I'll book for the following month, it's a nice run out to Sudbury for me so no problem.
Thanks for the posts chaps.
