Iknow the best cover would be a garage,or shed. But i have niether. So anyone know of a decent weather cover for GS ,size wise aswell.

Hi Dilly

I have neither a garage or shed etc myself. I am currently using an Oxford Stormex cover in large, which is more than ample enough in terms of size. Having looked at different covers before I picked up my GS I settled on this same cover in medium for my G650 XCountry. It was so good (far better quality than I had ever used before) that I bought the same in large.

Its quite heavy, fleece lined and so far totally waterproof. Looks/feels really good quality so should last a few seasons..... Does it for me...!

Regards

I've got a DB cover for my Adv 1150 - it fits perfectly even with the panniers on, it will go over the whole lot. After 3 years it is getting a couple of places where it is wearing thin - like you my bike resides out all th etime, nowhere to put it.

I would get another one - this one will last another year or two before the sunlight causes the material to go brittle, then the holes will appear rapidly I would think. For the price,it was a good buy.

I canot say about the Oxford one, I haven't seen it.
