Not sure if im in the right section. I am looking for a lightweight bike cover that pack away in to a small bundle that can be kept packed away on the bike for using while im touring.

Try ebay, just under a tenner if i remember correctly (from china in my case) .

Aerostich / Riders' Warehouse do a great one made of parachute nylon. Not cheap, but strong, discrete and packs very small.
