Bike event Sunday 15th April 2007 at Lytham St Annes

There`s a RideSafeBackSafe event at Fairhaven Leisure Lake Prom near Lytham St.Annes tomorrow.

There will be Trade Stands and bike displays including my mate Mick from MPC Ural doing his Ural stunt show.

I`ll be there on my 750 Ural combo helping on the MPC display.

It opens at 10am.

Tarka, I think the 'doors' open at 11am rather than 10am.

Southport Superbikes (Jim and Roy) will have a 'stand' there too.

Couldn't get permission for the bike today, so as a compromise (mmmmmm) we're taking the dog for a walk along the front at St Annes instead (makes a change from Rivington) and will pop in to say hello to Jim & Roy.

Lovely day for it. I popped along, but unfortunately in the car though had a very nice walk along the front with SWMBO and the Silver Bullet (our little westie).

Saw Tarka polishing a Ural - sorry Tarka, should have said hello but for some reason felt a bit embarressed (strange eh!?).

Had a chat with the guys from Southport Superbikes, they had quite a turnout with Roy, Jim, Pete and Keith.

SWMBO and I had a great chat with one of the bike cops. Really nice guy whose just got himself a brand new R1200RT-P. Lovely bike ...
